About this role
Our Belconnen clinic is seeking an Office Manager to join the team, assisting across all four Canberra clinics as required
The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
As an Office Manager, you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc.
- Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that rotate around the Canberra clinics
- Oversee a team of 2 to 3 medical receptionists on shift at any one time, ensuring coverage and workflow efficiency
- Manage the clinic's daily appointment schedule and clerical staff rostering
- Manage the clinic's daily banking and other financial applications and requirements
- Work closely with the Regional Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist/s
What we're looking for:
✅ People management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position.
✅ A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial.
✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Ability to work across all four clinics as required – Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, Tuggeranong
