About this role
Our Inner West Region in Sydney is currently seeking a Regional Office Manager to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm.
Role Overview:
As a Regional Office Manager you work closely with the Regional Technical Manager and manage the day-to-day administration operations across the seven Inner West clinics.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide direction, supervision and support to Office Managers across the region in ensuring the provision of high quality, efficient, professional and friendly services to patients, customers and referrers.
- Support Office Managers in managing clerical workforce requirements through appropriate rostering and leave planning.
- Ensure new clerical staff are onboarded and trained as required, identify development needs for existing staff, and implement training to all clerical staff to increase capability
- Ensure daily banking processes are completed accurately and in accordance with standard processes
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction through ensuring effective complaints handling and clinical incident reporting procedures in the clinics.
- Perform reception duties in clinics as required.
What we're looking for:
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Proven people management experience in a healthcare setting.
✅ Strong organisational abilities.
✅ Ability to work across the seven clinics as required, including; Five Dock, North Strathfield, Ashfield, Newtown, Campsie, Drummoyne, and Mater Hospital.
✅ Experience with COMRAD Radiology Information System is preferred
