Join our team as an Account Manager responsible for driving sales revenue growth and increasing market share in the Eastern region of Melbourne, including clinics in Bundoora, Eltham, Greensborough, Heidelberg, Mont Albert, Warringal, and Kew.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our referrers within the Melbourne East region. You will build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting the success of our partners and driving business growth.
This position is available as a Full-Time Fixed-Term position until 1st March 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships across multiple clinics in the designated region.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing timely, effective solutions.
- Collaborate internally with operational and support teams to deliver seamless service.
- Monitor account performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Participate in meetings, and networking events to build presence and rapport.
Key Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Melbourne East region.
- A current Australian Driver's License and reliable car
