About the Role:
As the IT Department Administrator, you will manage key administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and coordinating procurement of IT equipment and software. You'll also monitor budgets, support IT audits, and assist with travel and office administration. This role is essential in enabling our IT team to operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate purchases, invoices, and budget reporting
- Document IT policies and support ITIL-based change management
- Organise and document senior meetings and Super User group sessions
- Manage communications and maintain our IT SharePoint site
- Support ISO27000 audits and compliance efforts
- Assist in staff training and business process improvements
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal users
- Support travel arrangements and general office administration as needed

- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all administrative tasks
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experienced in administration, ideally with geographically dispersed teams
- Skilled at coordinating projects and driving outcomes to completion
- Knowledgeable or interested in IT frameworks like ISO and ITIL
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel occasionally
