About this role
Are you looking for a meaningful role that offers stability and the chance to make a real impact? Do you have customer service experience and are looking for a career change? Our clinic in Five Dock is currently seeking Contact Centre Agents to join the team.
These full time or part time permanent roles offer a structured work week Monday - Friday, with eight-hour shifts between 8am-5:30pm.
The part time opportunities require a minimum of three, eight-hour shifts per week. The days of the week are flexible around your availabilities.
Role Overview:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include
- Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
- Future potential to incorporate hybrid work from home options.
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
✅ Based out of the Five Dock clinic with future opportunities to become a hybrid role with some days working from home.
Experience in a contact centre is not required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
